You can find a complete list of all the different anomalies here.Artifacts are special items formed by anomalies. They come with different positive and negative properties that can aid you in different ways. You have to 'wear' artifacts for them to have an effect - to wear an artifact either double-click it in your inventory or drag and drop it onto the active artifact slots in the upper-right corner of your inventory.
